Due to recent upgrades to our web hosting capability, all GIS web services now utilize SSL encryption therefore all web service requests should use https protocols. If you are unable to access the GIS web services using the legacy http protocols you will need to update your bookmarks and application urls to use https. We are applying a 30 day grace period to allow for legacy urls to function, after that point only https traffic will be permitted for use. For ArcGIS Online users, use the following link to update urls in web maps and applications.
